Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Photobiomodulation (PBM) at different wavelengths on non-superficial cancer cells. Utilizing three laser protocols (650nm, 810nm, and 915nm), the research explores cytotoxic effects, ROS generation, and cell migration. Results reveal varied responses across cell lines, with 810nm PBM inducing significant ROS levels and inhibiting PAN-1 cell migration. The study suggests potential therapeutic applications for PBM in non-superficial cancers, emphasizing the need for further exploration in clinical settings.
