Abstract
In order to improve the CBN grinding wheel in the grinding process of wear problem, adopt the method of soldering preparation and orderly arrangement of sintered diamond wheel on the nap, analyzes the roller surface grinding grain of dislocation in the matrix, and the phyllotaxis configuration mode of the grinding wheel dressing effect, based on the workpiece roundness, after dressing grinding wheel grinding workpiece surface quality and the microhardness of the data analysis, choose the optimal configuration. The results show that the workpiece roundness of matrix arrangement is slightly better than that of dislocation and leaf order arrangement. The surface roughness and 3D surface topography of the workpiece under leaf sequence arrangement are better than those under matrix and dislocation arrangement. The surface microhardness of the workpiece has no obvious difference under the three arrangement modes. Comprehensive analysis shows that the dressing effect of the roller under the arrangement of abrasive grain leaf sequence is the best.
