Abstract

This article presents the results of a theoretical-experimental study carried out to investigate the level of manifestation of empathy and the degree of development of emotional intelligence among teachers. 100 subjects selected taking into account two basic variables participated in the ascertainment research: age (50 teachers aged 20/30 years and 50 aged 30/40 years) and gender (50 male and 50 female genders). It has been experimentally demonstrated (including through the statistical processing of quantitative results) that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of manifestation of empathy and the level of development of emotional intelligence according to age (20/30 and 30/40 years) and gender (men/women) .
