Abstract
A new microscopic method described in this work monitors the concentration of free radicals, active oxygen species, and radiation-induced radiomimetics in correlation with factors inducing their generation: ozone and UV radiation. The method is effective in various spectral ranges. Using this method, the correlation of inducing factors with morphological changes in histological structures (including dynamic changes in long-term experiments) can be assessed.
