Abstract
Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease of the pilosebaceous unit. While the major acne bacteria are Staphylococcus epidermidis. It is an opportunistic pathogen and one of the important factors for the occurrence of acne. In this experiment, we isolated staphylococcus epidermidis from facial acne. Then, we observed whether the green tea extractive have the inhibitory effect of staphylococcus epidermidis. Experiment and compared the green tea extractive effectiveness of against main strains of the extractive of facial acne with Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Golden staph by using inhibition zone, experimental results show that the inhibitory effect of green tea extractive on staphylococcus gold is most evident. By diluting different concentration gradients of green tea extractives blended with acne extractive make tablet counting experiments, experimental results showed inhibitory effects of extractives of green tea extractive for acne with increasing concentration and enhanced, to some a few bacteria survive after suppression of time. Final strain identification and expectations met that major acne bacteria is staphylococcus gold. Experiment of innovative ideas comes from life, the experimental results used in life, for the majority of people worry about facial acne offers a new way.
