Abstract
Experimental end-to-end anastomoses were carried out between the femoral lymphatic trunks in the dog. They measured between 0.2 to 0.6 mm. A new triple cut technique is described. The long-term patency rates were, for the no-tension group 25%, for the normal tension group 22%. Result control was performed by re-exploration of each anastomosis.
