Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of certain humanistic care in the nursing care for puerperas.Methods 136 puerperas who had been hospitalized during December 2010 to December 2011 were randomly selected and then divided into control group and study group,68 for each group.The control group received routine nursing,whereas the study group received humanistic care in addition to conventional nursing.The puerpera satisfaction for nursing was surveyed and then compared between the two groups.Results 59 puerperas ( 86.76％ ) were satisfied with nursing care in the control group,while 67 ( 98.53％ )were satisfied in the study group,with a higher rate of satisfaction in the study group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions On the basis of nursing for dietary and medication uses,humanistic care for puerperas during nursing intervention has certain active significance.
