Abstract
The authors describe the results of a clinical study of 90 patients suffering from different clinical forms of atopic dermatitis (AD), who received hepatotropic drugs in combination with ursodeoxycholic acid. A misbalance of cellular and humoral immunity was revealed in these patients prior to the onset of treatment. The inclusion of ursodeoxycholic acid in complex treatment of AD contributed to normalization of immunity indices and regression of skin eruptions.

Summary
Возраст пациентов составил от 19 до 53 лет. Степень тяжести АтД определяли по шкале оценки симптомов SCORAD [15]. При сумме баллов до 23 степень тяжести АтД оценивалась как легкая, от 23 до 63 — средняя, выше — тяжелая. По степени тяжести АтД пациенты были разделены на две группы. Средняя степень тяжести АтД зарегистрирована у 70, тяжелая — у 20 человек. С первого года жизни страдали АтД 15 больных, у 27 пациентов дерматоз проявился в возрасте 1—5 лет. Дополнительную информацию о состоянии гепатобилиарной и панкреатодуоденальной систем у 90 больных АтД получили при ультразвуковом исследовании органов брюшной полости У большинства пациентов с АтД при ультразвуковом исследовании выявлены различные варианты функциональной и органической патологии гепатобилиарной системы и других органов брюшной полости, что дало основание дополнительно включить в лечение АтД гепатотропные препараты.
