Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods From May 2016 to December 2016, the psychological status of 177 gastrointestinal cancer patients treated in the First Hospital of China Medical University was analyzed retrospectively. Psychological nursing was given to the patients. Results Patients with malignant tumors generally had psychological problems, and psychological care helped to improve patient′s confidence in fighting against the disease. Conclusions The psychological nursing in patients with malignant tumor can reduce the negative psychology of depression and anxiety, enhance the effect of anti - tumor therapy and improve the quality of life of patients.
