Abstract
The article presents the four-year experience of the APEI UR «RMC MH UR» in the implementation of continuous professional training programs (hereinafter referred to as CPTP) through the Portal of Continuing Medical and Pharmaceutical Education (hereinafter referred to as CMPE). The purpose of the work: to study the experience of the APEI UR «RMC MH UR» in the implementation of the CPTP within the framework of the CMPE for the period from 2019 to 2022. Results. The dynamics of the development of the CPTP over a four-year period is presented, the main directions and forms of the programs implementation are determined, the basic technologies and teaching techniques are studied, the optimal amount of educational load for the requested educational services is determined, and the main source of funding for this type of training is identified. Conclusion. The result of the joint work of the teaching staff of the APEI UR «RMC MH UR» and practical healthcare specialists is the creation of a bank of CPTP that ensure continuous improvement of professional skills and abilities of mid-level medical and pharmaceutical workers.
