Abstract

The article describes the iciency of expanding the field of accreditation in the development of a quality management system (QMS) in metrological services. The object of research is the quality management system of the organization "CSM" LLC. In the course of work, the QMS of the organization "CSM" LLC was analyzed. One of the problems has been identified - when forming the QMS, due attention is not paid to customers ' requests for verification of measuring instruments (SI) that are not in the scope of accreditation of the organization. Based on this, an analysis of customer requests was made. Based on customer requests for verification of measuring instruments, it was concluded that it is advisable for "CSM" LLC to expand the scope of accreditation for verification of spectrophotometers. The organization of a laboratory for verification of optical devices contributes to the improvement of quality management in the organization.
