Abstract

For phenyl based polymers we describe the absorption underlying effects of the long range Coulomb interactions -for both bound and free e - h states at weak and moderately strong electric fields when higher excited states are destroyed while the primary one is preserved for which we have found the ionization probability. The theory is based on analyzing the series of excitons as weakly bound states of delocalized electron and a hole.
