Abstract

ABSTRACTDuring the spring of 1968, salvage excavations were conducted by the Arizona State Museum in the Pima-Coolidge Industrial Park about three miles north of Coolidge, Arizona. Nine Classic period Hohokam rooms were cleared, as well as a portion of a Sacaton phase pit house. The project was supported in part by the National Park Service and in part by the Sacaton Agency of the Gila River Indian Reservation.
