Abstract
Using two newly discovered [40, 20] codes and a [40, 20] code, which is equivalent to a known one, we construct three non-isomorphic even unimodular extremal lattices of rank 40. Next we show these lattices are distinguished by their Siegel theta-series of degree 2.
