Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the computer self- efficacy lev- els of the students of geography education, whether their computer self- efficacy perceptions changes according to some variables. The work study group of this research is 184 students at Selcuk University Ahmet Kelesoglu Education Faculty. The research was carried out with the method of relational scanning. The data were collected with personal information form and the scale of computer self-efficacy perception. According to the research results, the computer self-efficacy levels of the students who receive education in geography education are intermediate. The computer self-efficacy levels of the students vary according to their genders, computer experiences, frequency of computer using, conditions of access to the com- puter and time of starting to use the computer.
