Abstract
Thickness-twist vibrations with energy trapping in a monolithic filter consisting of an infinite piezoceramic plate withN infinitesimally thin electrodes evaporated on to each face are analysed. By applying the Fourier transform technique, the linear three-dimensional equations for a piezoceramic plate are reduced to integral equations for the charge distributions on the electrodes. An approach for solving these equations and numerical results for a dual are given.
