Abstract
Introduction: After the first consensus meeting on the Associating Liver Partition and Portal Vein Ligation for Staged Hepatectomy (ALPPS) published in 2016, several modifications of the original technique have been proposed to reduce the high mortality/morbidity rates. The primary endpoint was to analyze the trend and surgical outcomes of ALPPS over a 9-year period within the series of a prospective national registry.
