Abstract

The paper researches the local climate dynamics by the following way: behavioral potentialities (the so-called ensemble of attractive phase clouds) are reconstructed by processing the annual temperature cycles over the available period of meteorological observations; the recent cases are compared with the ones occurred at the end of the 19th century; tracks of evolution and adaptation changes from the past to the present are determined taking into account the climate-ecosystem equilibrium. This way implies to attract bifurcation and control theories in order to be realized. So, the regulatory hypothesis is used, where the local climate dynamics is associated with the dynamics of a solar energy converter under the astronomically forced hysteresis control with double synchronization (the HDS-control). Thus novel details on local climate become apparent, and these details seem to be important in order to understand tendencies concerning unbalanced climate-related processes towards future.
