Evaluation the Good Governance Dimensions : Evidence from Ardabil Municipality

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is evaluation the good governance dimensions: evidence from Ardabil municipality. The population of this study is all customers that receive services from Ardabil municipality. We determined the amount of the sample size with the used of Cochran sampling method which the statistical sample is 384, which have been selected through the simple random sampling method. To gathering of data, we used questionnaire according to UNHABITAT report. Questionnaires reliability was estimated by calculating Cronbach’s Alpha that is 0.766. In order to analyze the data resulted from collected questionnaires deductive and descriptive statistical methods are used, and to display some statistical data we used column diagram and in deductive level to test the hypothesis of the research we used One-Sample T Test. Findings show that Good Governance efficiency, Equity and Participation Components have located in good condition at municipality of Ardabil. And also, Good Governance Transparency Component don’t has located in good condition at municipality of Ardabil
