Abstract

Algae bloom is an important manifestation of water pollution in lakes and rivers, its status evaluation is the premise of algae bloom treatment. Based on remote sensing image and multi-site water quality monitoring information, this paper introduces sensor priority and evidence credibility to realize the discount processing of evidence. And then, the evaluation model of algae bloom in lake and reservoir has been established based on the DSmT. Based on the water quality monitoring data and remote sensing images of Meiliang Bay in Taihu Lake, the evaluation result and the algae bloom analysis in this region shows that the model is more practical and can evaluate the algal bloom state effectively under the same information.
