Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in patients before and after PTCA. Methods 112 cases of percutaneoas transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The systematic nursing intervention was given to the patients in the experiment group before and after the operation, and the general nursing intervention to the patients in the control group. The influence of the two nursing methods to PTCA patients was comparatively analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in each index before the intervention between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, the score of anxiety was(53.89±7.95) in the experiment group, and(58.72±8.98)in the control group, showing a significant difference (P<0.05). The degrees of comfort and satisfaction in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusions Preoperative and postoperative nursing intervention can effectively ease anxiety in patients, so that patients can better adapt and cope with the surgery.
