Abstract

The Time to Change anti stigma campaign is the largest campaign of its kind to be attempted in England. Launched in 2009 and running until 2011, the campaign aims to improve public knowledge and attitudes and to decrease discriminatory behaviour towards people with mental illness. The evaluation of the campaign presented here illustrates findings regarding various aspects of the campaign, including a national media campaign, local projects and an online resource.
