Abstract
A quantitative comparative evaluation of the properties of gunited concrete and refractory parts for prediction of a lining service life may not be based only on the results of laboratory tests as the result of differences in the structure and design of linings of gunited concrete and refractory parts, which is responsible for the low degree of comparability in comparing the same indices.
