Abstract

The main objective of this study was to investigate the feasibility of partially replacing cement with ground almond shell ash (CP), recycled concrete aggregate (RCA), in the production of mortars (1.5% and 5%), taking into account flexural strength and compressive strength. at 3, 7, 14, 28 and 41 days. It was decided to use ground almond shell ash instead of its shell It was found, in general, that the flexural strength increased with the partial replacement of Portland cement by CP up to 15 days, and the compressive strength decreased at each of the analyzed ages.
