Evaluation of healthcare system efficiency based on DEA algorithm

Abstract

This paper proposed method of evaluating healthcare system efficiency based on improved DEA-Tobit algorithm. The model of non-oriented variable returns of scale returns was constructed, the relative internal validity model of the current decision-making unit (DMU) was excluded, and the dynamic total factor productivity of the decision-making unit was analyzed by introducing the Malmquist productivity index. In the second stage, the external explanatory variables were obtained through the constrained dependent variable Tobit model.
