Afin de classer et selectionner une colonne chromatographique et la phase a employer, les proprietes chromatographiques sont etudiees: l'activite du silanol, l'hydrophobicite, l'activite du metal, celui-ci est incorpore sous forme de traces lors de la preparation de la silice.
