Abstract
The traditional AHP-based evaluation model of teacher teaching quality is unreasonable for the weight distribution of evaluation factors of teaching quality. The evaluation model of teacher teaching quality based on algorithm of stepwise regression analysis is constructed. According to the idea of the stepwise regression analysis, the correlation coefficient augmentation matrix, the calculation variance contribution, the proposed variables and the introduced variables are calculated. The key factors affecting the teaching quality are analyzed to find an effective way to improve the teaching quality. On this basis, the Logistic regression model is applied to classify the teaching quality and calculate the probability that teachers reach different levels to achieve the evaluation of teachers' teaching quality. The experimental results show that the constructed model can make rapid and accurate evaluation of the teaching quality of university teachers, and provides reference for the improvement of teachers' teaching quality.
