Evaluation Model of Project Management Maturity for Highway Enterprise

Abstract

In order to enhance the ability of project management and market competitiveness for highway enterprises, big data model were studied based on the theory of project management. Through importance analysis of index, highway enterprise project management big data model was established. Then, fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method was used for the evaluation of highway enterprise project management big data model. Finally, through case study, the big data of the project management was evaluated for the highway enterprise in Hebei province. The experimental results show that highway enterprises generally have a strong sense of quality management. However, there is a universal phenomenon that most of the product lack of innovation. Based on the above research, this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions for the project management of highway enterprises.
