Abstract

Due to the continuous maturity of new energy(NE) power generation, conversion, and storage technologies, the application cost is gradually reduced, so that the installed capacity of NE such as photovoltaic and wind power(WP) is increasing year by year. On the other hand, with the support of NE policies, new energy power generation plans and power grid(PG) plans have been promulgated successively, opening up important channels for these environmentally friendly energy to enter thousands of households. Therefore, driven by science and technology and national policies, large-scale NE sources will be widely connected to the power grid, providing strong support for solving the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution in my country. This paper takes the reliability index and economic index as the breakthrough point, and the connected NE is wind power energy and photovoltaic power generation energy. In terms of reliability index, the influence of two new energy sources connected to the power system on capacity confidence and BVDI is analyzed. When the wind farm is connected to the system, the Weibull distribution parameter is used to reflect the change of BVDI with the parameters. The results show that the Weibull distribution parameter changes. It has little effect on the capacity confidence. The BVDI increases with the increase of the Weibull distribution parameter(DP). When the photovoltaic power plant is connected to the system, the Beta DP is used to reflect the change of the BVDI with the parameter. The results show that the change of the Beta DP affects the capacity. The influence of confidence is not large. When the ɑ of the Beta DP is constant, the BVDI becomes smaller as the β increases; when the β of the Beta DP is constant, the BVDI becomes larger as the ɑ increases. In terms of economic indicators, four new energy connection schemes are constructed, and the four schemes of abandoning NE electricity, saving fuel costs and pollution emission costs are compared. The results verify that different schemes of NE connecting to the power grid can save energy. The role of emission reduction, and to a certain extent cost savings.
