Abstract
Contingent valuation of landscape amenities related to an urban green space. An application to Balzac Park in Angers This paper proposes contingent valuation using an open-ended payment card approaches to evaluate landscape amenities related to an urban green space at Angers city (Balzac Park). Two landscape attributes are considered : opening degree and effort of fleurissement. Each attribute defines a scenario. We have evaluated the factors, which increase the probability to have a positive willingness-to-pay (WTP) for each scenario. Our results show that landscape amenities demands are varied in both scenarios.
