Abstract
At present, a large number of smart meters are in operation in the power system, and the meters installed early have gradually reached the legal service life. On the basis that the quality level of smart meters in the network can be monitored through the electricity information collection system, it is obviously unreasonable to still adopt the expiration rotation method. Smart meter status evaluation and replacement system proposed in this paper relies on informatization and big data analysis methods. Through comprehensive analysis of the electricity metering data and marketing file data of the electricity information collection system, the operating error of the electricity meter is remotely diagnosed. The unqualified and faulty electric energy meters are replaced through the metering device replacement process, which saves labor costs and greatly improves the level of refined operation and maintenance management of electric energy meters.
