Abstract

The iGracias Information System is an application owned by Telkom University used as a medium for disseminating campus information widely and quickly, as well as helping all Telkom university's entities to obtain the latest information regarding class activities. One of the most important processes in iGracias for lecturers is in the learning process. Starting from inputting lecture attendance, printing attendance lists, submitting BAP (Evidence of Study Implementation), printing lecture portfolios, and learning evaluations. In 2020, according to data obtained from PuTI (Information Technology Center) Telkom University, there were 50,407 access logs in iGracias related to lecturing process in the Information Systems study program. The existence of a very frequent access frequency and an important activity of iGracias, it is necessary to analyze and improve the lecturing process at iGracias in order to increase the effectiveness of iGracias Telkom University time and activities. The redesign process will be carried out using the Bizagi Modeler tool. The simulation result of business process exiting shows the time takes 290,9494445 hours and the utilization of lecturers on existing business processes is 0.04%. Meanwhile the business process targeting only takes 290,381111166667 hours for one process and the utilization of lecturers on targeting business processes is 0.03%.
