Abstract
The evaluation of network service quality is a comprehensive system that is not only affected by the quality of network itself, but also under the influence of actual expectations and perceptions from users. Task scheduling and resource allocation are important components of network service management framework that determine the perception of service quality. While QoS-awared workflow is an effective support for quality of service in network environment. The research of this article proves that there is a clear causal link between expectations, perceptions and network service quality, and proposes a network service management framework based on QoS-awared. Expectations of computer network service from users are the main reason for different perceptions and quality evaluation, while quality of network is more the results of expectations. Characteristic services, which meet the demand of different groups and fast response, are effective measures to enhance network perceptions. By comparing the weights and degree of perceptual consistency of different QoS parameter, network quality, service support, process collaboration and resource allocation are extracted. By the use of AHP model, the priority of elements in different dimensions and levels is ordered. Based on these, an evaluation framework and the optimization path of network service quality are achieved.
