Abstract
This document describes the work done at the Reposteria Deli company, analyzing the production system, in its input of raw material for its main cakes and the different ingredients required for its preparation, this in order to find a solution to delays and bottleneck that are generated in a production plant due to the lack of organization and control in the processes, evaluate and simulate every detail in Flexsim and Promodel to achieve an improvement.

Summary
ESTE TRABAJO realizado en la empresa repostería Deli, analiza la cadena de suministro y sus principales deficiencias, recopilando información a través de la creación de una base de datos de entrada de materia prima para tres tipos de pasteles: torta de chocolate, vainilla y zanahoria, con estos datos se construye una simulación en los programas aprendidos durante el semestre, en la clase de simulación; evidenciando los retrasos y cuellos de botella que se generan en una empresa debido a la falta de organización y control en la recepción de la materia prima en el proceso de producción de estos productos
