Abstract

The purpose of this article was to evaluate and identify the various factors and also know the effect of critical factors on the growth of the real estate market in India. we have applied the exploratory research design to know the new facts about the real estate market and formulate the null hypothesis and also used the descriptive research design to test the null hypothesis on the basis of using the regression analysis. After analyzing the above case we would be in a position to know the effect of the various critical factors on the growth of the real estate market in India. The sample size for this study was 260. The practical implication of this research paper was to know the real estate market growth in India.Since this research was conducted purely on the basis of the primary data, hence we are sure for the originality of this research paper.
