Abstract


 The aim of the research is to reveal the extent to which decision makers exercise their role in managing meetings from the point of view of their employees. The most prominent problems facing the directorates of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the management of meetings. As well as access to the best ways to activate the management of meetings from the point of view of its employees.The standard was approved for the Iraqi environment from (36) words distributed in 4 domains. The scale was distributed to (309) employees of the directorates of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and (300) valid forms were retrieved and 9 missing forms were excluded.The current study recommended that decision makers should be chosen according to scientific methodology, in order to meet the conditions of leadership and experience, so as to be influential among their colleagues. And the need for attention by the decision-makers to attend, and work to record the proceedings of the meeting in a clear and detailed. As well as the need to have the skill to manage the meeting time effectively, and work to complete all items on the agenda on time. And the good preparation of the meeting room so that the modern technology of equipment, equipment, lighting and ventilation good to facilitate the process of managing the meeting.
