Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the policy of delegating some authority from the Sumedang District Head in Sukasari District based on the District Head Regulation No. 42 of 2004. Its implementation uses organizing, interpretation and application activities. While the evaluation uses the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness and accuracy. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The technique of collecting data and information using interview techniques and documentation studies. Data and information obtained through relevant data sources, where in the research set of informants as many as 16 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study are selecting data, classifying data and interpreting data. Based on the analysis, the results show that the application of a uniform pattern in Sukasari District where not all authorities are properly implemented. The quality of sub-district employees is still lacking. Coordination between the sub-districts and the UPTD / District Regional Office has not been running optimally. The socialization of the policy of delegation of authority to the public has not yet run optimally. Lack of support for facilities and infrastructure as well as budget in the implementation of the policy of delegation of some authorities.
