Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the context of individual advisory services, describe the inputs of individual advisory services, describe the process of individual advisory services, and describe the outcomes of individual advisory services at MANU Putra Buntet Islamic Boarding School. to describe things. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is program evaluation. A qualitative approach is a field study in which researchers collect data from multiple people over a period of time in a specific setting. A program evaluation is a series of activities deliberately undertaken to ascertain the level of success of the program and examine the level of success of the planned activities. The focus of this study is the context, inputs, processes and individual advisory services provided by the program product.
