Abstract
Professional morality consists primarily of such activities, the object of which is a person. Undoubtedly, working with people presents unique situations, difficulties, and contradictions that need to be resolved and overcome in the course of the activity itself. The qualitative peculiarity of the nature of relations between people in each profession implies that the activity complies with certain social norms and standards, moral and ethical requirements. Therefore, professional morality, on the one hand, is a component of general morality, and on the other hand, it has a qualitative specificity. The connection between them is expressed in the dialectic of the general and the particular. Ethics plays an important role in all areas of life, including professional activities. In a professional context, ethics defines the rules and norms of behavior that are aimed at ensuring fairness, trust and responsibility in the performance of professional duties. The basic principles of professional ethics may include: honesty and integrity: professionals must demonstrate honesty and a high level of integrity, refraining from fraud, forgery and dishonesty. Confidentiality: the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of work that relates to clients, patients or other parties. Integrity and equality: ensuring fairness in dealing with customers, patients, colleagues and other stakeholders and avoiding discrimination. Responsibility: taking responsibility for your actions and accepting the consequences of your actions. Social responsibility: taking into account the impact of one's activities on society and the environment, and adhering to social standards and principles.
