Abstract
In connection with the reforms that took place in Bulgarian education in 1991, the beginning of the implementation of conceptual projects, concepts, programs and program systems in the conditions of an inter-ethnic environment was set. A number of kindergartens began to use and test innovative pedagogical technologies for pedagogical interaction in kindergarten conditions until the release of the state educational standards for preschool and school education (2016) in the relevant sub-normative documents. With this report, an attempt will be made for a historiographical analysis of the kindergartens in our country, working on innovative program systems in the conditions of an inter-ethnic environment
