Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the level of openness of the organizational climate of a honey processor established in the southeast of Mexico. This study is quantitative. The results show that the organizational climate of the company is of a semi-open degree. This indicates that there is some openness to improvement. However, there are also some problems such as the lack of management support and concern for the employees. To help workers feel supported and recognized for their performance, it is proposed to create a performance evaluation program, which will allow increasing effort and commitment. In addition, it is suggested that bosses get involved and improve their relationships with staff in order to influence productivity and therefore the economic development of companies.
