Abstract
I present first calculation of the branching fraction for the Bs0→D¯0Ks0 decay by applying the QCD factorization approach, considering cross section final state interaction effects. Result of calculation shows that before the final particles to be produced, the D−(⁎)K+(⁎) mesons should be made, this intermediate state transition to the final state is done by exchanging one of the Ds(⁎)− or π+(ρ+) mesons. The numerical result of my calculation is Br(Bs0→D¯0Ks0)=(3.62±0.66)×10−4. The first observation of the Bs0→D¯0Ks0 decay mode was reported by the LHCb collaboration. The branching fraction was measured by them to be Br(Bs0→D¯0K0s)=(4.3±0.5(stat)±0.3(syst)±0.3(frag)±0.6(norm))×10−4.
