Abstract

Objective To explore a new type experimental research of orthotopic nude mouse model device in human bladder cancer cell. Methods A new modeling equipment to set up the orthotopic model device in human bladder cancer cell designed by myself was used in experimental group.Human bladder cancer cells were inoculated into 24 BALB/c nude mice. All these cases were divided equally into 2 groups:experimental group and control group. This device was used to insert nude mouse bladder transurethrally. This device was orientated to cut bladder mucosa, and human bladder cancer cell EJ was perfused for orthotopic xenotransplantion in nude mice by this model device. As to control group, bladder top was clamped, then pull out of incision to fix the bladder. With fine needle inserted in the bladder lumen cross cutting the bladder mucos in direct vision and reperfusion human bladder cancer cell EJ.And monitor two group membrane growth situation of orthotopic xenotransplanted tumor in nude mice. Results It was a success to use this new modeling equipment to set up the orthotopic model device in human bladder cancer cell.In experimental group, the tumor formation rate was 91.7% (11/12) in experimental group. And the tumor formation rate was 55.6% (5/9) in control group, which had obvious difference. Conclusion This new modeling equipment is a kind of mini-traumatic,simple and efficient tools to set up the orthotopic model device in human bladder cancer cell.
