Abstract
Experimental education is the basic way to cultivate students' innovative spirit. In order to meet the urgent requirement of the social development for the innovative medical personnel, the experiment teaching of medical immunology was reformed and explored in Lanzhou University. We revised and edited medical immunology experiment teaching materials, optimized the experimental project, increased the practical and comprehensive content, strengthened the experimental operation, so as to improve medical undergraduates' ability to analyze and solve problems, their clinical thinking and reasoning ability, experi-mental operation ability and their interest in medical immunology.
