Abstract
PURPOSE: Could the central corneal thickness (CCT) change the intraocular pressure (IOP) measured by ICARE (IC) GOLDMANN APPLANATION TONOMETER (GAT) and PASCAL DYNAMIC COUNTOUR TONOMETER (PDCT). METHODS: Before using the anesthesia we have measured the IOP with IC tonometer. After that we have used topical anesthesia to obtain the CCT using an ultrasound pachymeter (Mentor Co.) and the IOP measured by PCDT followed by a drop of fluorescein to measured IOP with GAT.
