Abstract

Consensual migration involves a process of concertation between civil sectors that, even when governed by policies that expel and exploit the labor force, with the development of their human and intellectual capital can guide the market towards a scenario of conflict, interlocution and agreements. The objective of the present work was to review this process and to anticipate the consensus scenario based on a review of the literature in national repositories, considering the publication period and keywords. Lines of research concerning the design and method of study, as well as previous studies on governance of sustainability and migration are noted.
