Abstract ESCOLOY 45D is a duplex stainless steel casting with a combination of high strength, toughness and corrosion resistance. Pumps or valves handling sea water is one application area. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness.
