However, Schaefer (1970) reported using food reinforcement to shape self-injurious head banging in two rhesus monkeys, and Mace, Mauro, Boyajian, and Eckert (1997) included both humans and animals in a study on behavioral momentum. We regret the error. References Edwards T. L. Poling A 2011 Animal research in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis 44 409– 412. Mace F. C. Mauro B. C.
