Erratum to "Cavopulmonary anastomosis without cardiopulmonary bypass"

Abstract

The publisher regrets that an error has appeared in the abstract of the original version of the article. The correct text is as follows: OBJECTIVES: There is an increasing trend to perform the bidirectional superior cavopulmonary (Glenn) anastomosis without cardiopulmonary bypass. In this report, we present our results of off-pump bidirectional Glenn operation done without using a venoatrial shunt to decompress the superior vena cava during clamping. In addition the author has noticed the following errors: The first keyword should be: congenital heart disease Page 649: in the first line of Materials and Methods section, the date should be “May 2009” Page 650: column 2, second paragraph: “upon” should be removed; second paragraph from bottom of page: “this” should be removed Page 651: In Results section, second paragraph, the last sentence should read: “The transcranial pressure gradient was comparable between the two groups (P > 0.05) as shown in Fig. 1.”
