Abstract

The analysis method uses analytical methods, including repetitive tasks, push-pulling assessment, and a manual handling assessment chart involving 95 respondents. The results found that 30 activities with ergonomic hazards and one action in the crusher process section had an unacceptable level of ergonomic risk and high levels of risk were found on the shoulders, lower and upper back, and wrists. Companies need to investigate work processes to improve and control ergonomic hazards.
